How long does delivery take?

Delivery of your order can take between 2 - 4 working days. During busy times (August – September) delivery can take 5 – 7 working days.

Are there cut off times for last deliveries before Christmas?

Yes, we will be closing our offices and warehouse for Christmas at 12pm on Monday, 23/12/2024 and we will re-open at 9am on Thursday 02/01/25. Please see below for our Christmas arrangements.

- Country orders received before 4pm on Thursday 19/12/24, will be delivered on Monday 23/12/24, as normal.

- Dublin orders received before 4pm on Friday 20/12/24, will be delivered on Monday 23/12/24, as normal.

- Any collections from Gill need to be picked up by 11am on 23/12/24.

- For Goods Inwards, we will accept deliveries up to 4pm on Friday 20/12/24. However we cannot guarantee any turnaround of incoming stock after Wedneday 18/12/24.

- For Web Orders, the last day for guaranteed despatch would be Friday 20/12/24.
